Q. Why don’t you have prices on your website?
A. Currently, our website is informational only, and not set up with a shopping cart. However, we encourage you to request a quote, and we will respond within 24 hours with your requested information.
Q. If I don’t see a product that we currently use on your website. Does that mean it is not available?
A. Everything you see on our website is a product that we currently provide to current customers. We have a tremendous number of resources, and are sure we can provide to you the product that you may be looking for. We would then be happy to include it into our inventory for future purchases.
Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. We do not at this time.
Q. Do you have a minimum order requirement?
A. Currently our minimum order size for pre-paid shipping in the metro Detroit Area is $150.00. Also, please refer to our delivery service for more information.
Q. Do you have a fuel surcharge?
A. No
Q. Do you sell to the public?
A. We do not currently have a showroom. However, arrangements can be made for products to be picked up at our warehouse.
