Delivery Service

We offer no charge delivery service on all orders above $75.00 throughout Genesee, Oakland and Wayne Counties.

Actual day of delivery may depend on time order was placed, shipment location, and product availability.

Shipping policy for orders under $75.00 and/or outside of our immediate delivery area?

Standard Shipping Charges
Under $75.00 $7.50
Over $75.00 and over, and outside of our immediate delivery area. Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of your order. It will be based on the order total before any coupons or discounts are applied, less any items that are marked as Free Shipping. 
Items that cannot be sent via UPS and outside our immediate delivery area Truck Deliveries will be quoted based on current carrier rates.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST normally ship the same day (Monday-Friday).
  • Most customers will receive their UPS shipments the following week day as we ship from a network of warehouses across the United States.
  • Products such as desks, file cabinets, etc. that are too large to ship by UPS will ship to you via a local trucking company. Truck Deliveries typically require 1-3 additional days for delivery, and delivery charges will be quoted based on current carrier rates.
  • Items that ship direct from the manufacturer may also require extra time for delivery.
  • Orders shipping by truck WILL NOT SHIP until we've spoken with you to confirm delivery arrangements. Once we've received your order we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the delivery arrangements. You may also contact us immediately at 248-241-6472 and we can get your order processed.

Truck Deliveries to Business Addresses

  • Truck deliveries do not include inside delivery.
  • Truck shipments are tailgate/dock delivery (the driver will bring the item(s) to the rear of the truck but will not assist you in bringing the item(s) inside).
  • Truck deliveries cannot be scheduled, however, we can request that the trucking company call before attempting delivery.
  • A SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED for all truck deliveries, therefore, someone must be available during business hours to sign for a truck delivery.
  • Please note any visible damage on the bill of lading/delivery ticket before signing for the shipment. You may also refuse delivery of any damaged items. If you do so, please contact us immediately so we may expedite a replacement for you as we WILL NOT be notified by the freight carrier for any refusals and no replacement will be sent.
  • Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48 hrs.

IMPORTANT - DO NOT DISCARD THE SHIPPING MATERIALS/ PACKAGING FOR YOUR ORDER until you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be in their original packaging or they will not be returnable for credit or replacement.

Truck Deliveries to Residential Addresses & Home Offices

  • Inside delivery is not available to residential addresses or home offices.
  • Truck shipments are tailgate delivery (the driver will bring the item to the rear of the truck but will not assist you in bringing the item inside).
  • Truck deliveries cannot be scheduled, however we can request that the trucking company call before attempting delivery.
  • A signature is required for all truck deliveries; someone must be available during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM) to sign for a truck delivery.
  • Note any visible damage on the bill of lading/delivery ticket before signing for the shipment.

IMPORTANT - DO NOT DISCARD THE SHIPPING MATERIALS/ PACKAGING FOR YOUR ORDER until you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items not in their original packaging are not returnable for credit or replacement.

  • Residential delivery is not available in some areas of the country; we will contact you if delivery cannot be made to your address.

Backorders

Due to extensive inventory levels, we rarely experience a backorder situation. Should you place an order for an item currently out of stock, you will be notified immediately either via telephone or e-mail of the situation and presented with further options for your review.

Taxes

We only charge sales tax on orders shipped in Michigan.
